Acma (Soft Bagel) is a type of pastry with a low-fat, egg, some types of sugar and some with salty. The best known examples are moon and easter buns. Acma is of Old Turkish origin and means "round bread". This name is also used in Ottoman geography and its neighbors in small ways: Tsoureki (Greek τσουρέκι), choreg (Armenian չորեկ), çörək (Azerbaijani).
