Soft Baklava with Pistachio and Cream (Şöbiyet)
Being one of the traditional desserts, şöbiyet conquers hearts with its appearance and taste. The difference of the vanity that resembles a baklava with its appearance is in its inner mortar. Şöbiyet is a Turkish dessert similar to baklava. It is filled with milk, semolina, and also a cream made from hazelnut. It is soft on the outside but crusted and creamy on the inside.
